Wedding Karaoke

Wedding Karaoke

Wedding karaoke and DJ services in NYC, Westchester and the tri-state. Cocktail hour, reception, after-party. Karaoke at the right moment, dance floor running the rest of the night.

About the service

Karaoke at the right moment, dance floor for the rest.

Wedding karaoke is about pacing. Couples want guests singing together at the right moment, then dancing for the rest of the night, without one killing the other. We have run weddings everywhere from Westchester lakefront tents to Manhattan rooftops, mixing DJ sets and karaoke seamlessly so the energy never drops between the first dance and the after-party.

What's included

Everything we bring to the room.

  • One host running both DJ and karaoke from a single rig, no second vendor needed
  • Bose speakers with wireless transmitters so we can cover ceremony, dinner tent, and reception independently
  • Four wireless microphones, TV monitor on a stand, and the full karaoke song library
  • A QR code songbook so guests browse and queue songs straight from their phone
  • Customised playlists for ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, and the after-party
  • Optional add-ons: lighting, extra sound zones for split-venue receptions, photo booth

How it works

From enquiry to encore.

  1. Pre-wedding planning

We talk through your timeline, agree where karaoke fits (most couples slot it after dinner or as the after-party), and confirm must-play tracks for the dance floor and any songs to feature or avoid.

  2. Setup and sound check

Our DJ arrives early to set up the karaoke and DJ rig together, runs both through sound check before guests arrive, and is ready for the ceremony.

  3. Live mixing on the night

We move between DJ sets and karaoke sets without losing the energy of the room. The dance floor stays full and the mic queue keeps moving, with the bride and groom often opening the karaoke set themselves.

Common questions

Things people ask before they book.

When in the wedding does karaoke actually work?

Most couples slot karaoke into the after-party or the last hour or two of the reception, once dinner and the formal dances are done. By that point guests are relaxed, the dance floor is warm, and karaoke gives a second wind that pulls people back in who might otherwise have drifted off.

Can you handle ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception too?

Yes. We bring multiple Bose speakers with wireless transmitters so we can cover a separate ceremony space, a dinner tent, and a reception area independently from a single booking. One host, one rig, no awkward handoffs between vendors.

What if half our guests do not want to sing?

That is normal and fine. Karaoke at a wedding works because it is optional and inclusive, not compulsory. We keep dance music running between performances so people who would rather dance never have to wait, and the singers come and go as the mood takes them.
