Corporate Karaoke Events
Corporate karaoke events across NYC, Westchester, Connecticut and New Jersey. Karaoke for corporate team building, holiday parties, staff parties, client events. Professional setup, reliable host, no surprises.
About the service
Corporate karaoke without the cringe.
Corporate karaoke lives or dies on getting reluctant colleagues on the mic without making anyone feel singled out. We have run holiday parties, team-building events, and conference after-hours at venues like the Hunt & Fish Club, Cipriani, the Roosevelt Hotel, Sake No Hana at the Moxy, the Yale Club, and Mr. Chow, for clients ranging from law firms and financial services to fashion, retail, and TV networks. The setup is professional, the host knows how to read a corporate room, and the show starts on time.
What's included
Everything we bring to the room.
- A seasoned karaoke DJ who reads the room and never puts anyone on the spot
- Four wireless microphones so groups can sing together, which is how most reluctant colleagues start
- TV monitor on a stand for clear, easy-to-follow lyrics
- Bose speakers, mixer, and the full, up-to-date karaoke song library
- A QR code songbook so guests browse and queue songs from their phone
- DJ sets mixed between karaoke performances so the energy stays up and the dance floor keeps running
How it works
From enquiry to encore.
-
Pre-event planning
We talk through your event timeline, agree the balance of dancing and singing, and confirm any company anthems, must-play tracks, or songs to avoid. For team-building events we can open with a sing-off contest before the floor opens to everyone.
-
Arrival and setup
Our DJ arrives early, sets up the karaoke and DJ rig together, sound checks both, and is ready before the first guest walks in. We have set up in restaurants, ballrooms, rooftops, cafeterias, and private dining rooms.
-
Live mixing through the booking
We move between DJ sets and karaoke sets without losing the room. Hesitant colleagues warm up to group songs first, then the solo performers take over. Most events run two to four hours with steady energy throughout.
Common questions
Things people ask before they book.
What if our staff are too shy to sing?
Most corporate karaoke events start with people insisting they will not sing. The host's job is to make group songs easy first, then let solos happen naturally. We have hosted events where the reluctant managing partner ends up performing "My Way" by the end of the night, and the room remembers it for years.
Can you handle a large corporate crowd?
Yes. We have run karaoke for crowds from twenty-five guests at a private dining room up to five hundred plus at fundraisers and Roosevelt Hotel events, including financial services lunchtime cafeterias running for two hours straight. The rig scales, the host scales, the song library is the same.
Do you cover holiday parties specifically?
Holiday parties are one of our most-booked formats: company Christmas parties, end-of-year celebrations, and team-building dinners across NYC, Westchester, Connecticut, and New Jersey. We get many holiday bookings from clients whose last vendor showed up late or unprofessional, so we treat punctuality and setup as non-negotiable.
